Google Cloud Console onayı ve OAuth doğrulaması için “Terms of Service” (Kullanım Koşulları) metninin net, profesyonel ve platformun sorumluluk sınırlarını iyi çizen bir dilde olması gerekir.

Welcome to Documentiq. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Documentiq platform, website, and services (“Service”) provided by Albert Yazılım A.Ş. (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Documentiq is a financial document management and tracking platform that allows users to manage financial instruments (checks, bonds, notes), track maturity dates, and organize organizational financial data.

2. Account Registration and Security

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

  • Account Creation: To access certain features, you must create an account via email or Google OAuth. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Unauthorized Use: You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Google OAuth and Third-Party Services

Our Service allows you to sign in using Google OAuth.

  • By using this feature, you authorize us to access basic profile information as described in our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not store your Google password.

  • Your use of Google services is subject to Google’s Terms of Service.

4. User Content and Data

  • Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the financial data and documents you upload to the Platform (“User Content”).

  • License to Us: By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

  • Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you input into the Platform.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Platform.

  • Use the Service to store or transmit infringing, libelous, or otherwise unlawful material.

6. Fees and Payments

  • Subscription: Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription.

  • Billing: You agree to provide valid payment information. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are processed according to our current refund policy at the time of cancellation.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding User Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Albert Yazılım A.Ş. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Albert Yazılım A.Ş. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

 

  • Your use or inability to use the Service.

     

  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

     

  • Errors or inaccuracies in the financial tracking features.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Financial tracking and maturity reminders are provided for informational purposes; users are advised to perform their own independent checks.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the courts of Istanbul.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice for any material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
